Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Order:
1) On account of unavailability of product, its depiction or price changes Saiperfume.com preserves the right for cancellation of product order. Even those products that are accepted to deliver can be cancelled.
2) In case customers think they have placed a wrong order request or have changed their mind about the purchase, customer can place a cancellation request within 4 hours of placing their order. In these cases full amount will be refunded into customers account within 7 working days.
3) Once order is placed on website can not be cancelled.
4) Note – Saiperfume.com reserves the right not to cancel orders already in process at the local delivery point.
Return Shipping :
To return your product, you should mail your product to:SAI PERFUME, TF-JAL TARANG COMPLEX, SULTANPURA NAKA,LAHERAPURA ROAD, VADODARA, Gujarat,390001, INDIA, India.
1) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
3) If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Complaint filing :
1) In case the customer is not happy with their purchase, the customer needs to send an email to support@Saiperfume.com along with the picture/video of the product delivered and valid reason for complaint within 12 hours of receiving of the gift. Without the valid evidence to support your complaint, it will not be entertained.
2) Saiperfume.com retains the right to reject any compensation complaint as per its terms and conditions.
3) Compensation to customers could be in terms of refund (maximum upto 100% of order value), or replacing the delivered product.
1) Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
2) It might take 7 to 14 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer’s account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of "Court at Vadodara", India only.
